Your Privacy Matters
We take your privacy seriously. All chats are:
- Anonymous — no name, no account needed
- Confidential — we don’t share your information
- Secure — conversations are not stored long-term
We ask that you:
- Avoid sharing identifying details (e.g. real names, addresses)
- Use respectful language with our volunteers
- Understand that our volunteers are not therapists or crisis workers
All Emotional Support volunteers at Luna Helpline are bound by a strict Confidentiality Agreement to protect your trust and ensure safe, supportive conversations.
